I am finding that the completion date for this Condominium is incorrect. We're currently looking at an SPA with interest in buying the unit. The first units' SPAs were signed in 1994, and the date in which the condo received it's CFO (certificate of fitness for occupancy) was in the year 2000. Would someone be able to verify this?
